Taxes and duties
For orders being shipped to France and Israel, all duties and taxes have been included in the final price. For US Orders, there are no VAT, tax or custom fees. The prices displayed on Woodeex are the net prices you will pay. So, you won’t have to pay for anything additional upon arrival.
When you order for delivery to other countries or regions, the payment of taxes and duties, if applicable, will be collected prior to delivery by FedEx, DHL or the custom offices that will contact you once your package arrives in country.
We want to inform you that we do not assume responsibility for VAT and import duties imposed in the delivery countries outside the EU. If you're uncertain about the
VAT and taxes that may be applied upon receiving your shipment, we advise you to consult with us and verify with your local authorities.
Please be aware that Woodeex.com cannot be held accountable for any taxes or expenses levied by authorities.
Free taxes, VAT refund
Non-resident visitors or non-Israeli citizens are entitled to a VAT refund on goods purchased during their stay in Israel, provided that the goods are presented to customs upon departure from Israel, accompanied by the VAT refund documents.
Process
Before leaving Israel, you must collect the goods from one of our showrooms located at the Ramat gan diamond exchange. We can also deliver free of charge to your place of residence (rental, hotel, etc.).
Customs will need to check if you are taking the purchases with you. Show Customs your
purchase invoice and purchases. After the check, Customs will reimburse you directly on site for the 17% VAT and will deduct 4% from this percent.
You will have the choice of repayment by credit card or cash. You'll also have a choice
of currency in Shekels, Euros or Dollars.
Note: Customs will check automatically if you are registered in Israel through a database.
